Payment policy

Currency and order total

All prices are shown in United States dollars (USD). The order review shows the item subtotal, shipping and any tax calculated by the store before you submit. Your bank or payment provider may apply currency-conversion charges independently.

PayPal and payment status

PayPal is the payment option displayed at checkout. At present, submitting your order saves it with the status Pending payment. No PayPal charge or payment authorization is taken by this submission. An order receipt confirms that your order was recorded; it does not confirm that payment succeeded.

We do not request or store card numbers, PayPal passwords or payment security codes. Never send these by email. If a secure payment step becomes available for your order, you can review it through your account. Do not send money to an address received in an unsolicited message.

Account and order confirmation

Sign in or create an account before checkout. Review your size, address, shipping method and total. Your order and its current status are available in My account → Orders, even if a notification email is not delivered.

No dispatch before confirmed payment

Pending orders are not treated as paid and are not dispatched. We do not add payment dates or transaction references until payment has actually been confirmed. Payment is not confirmed merely by a screenshot, browser return or email request.

Problems, duplicates and refunds

Contact us if an order appears twice or an amount looks wrong. Include your order number and account email, but no financial credentials. Refunds for actual payments are processed to the original payment method under our Returns & refunds policy. An unpaid order can be cancelled without a refund because no funds have been received.
