Useful answers.
Do I need an account to order?
Yes. Sign in or create an account before checkout so your order is available to you afterwards. Your shopping bag is retained when you sign in.
Has my pending order been paid?
No. Pending payment means the order was saved, but payment has not been confirmed. See our payment policy. We do not dispatch unpaid orders.
Where do you ship?
Checkout currently supports United States delivery. Read our shipping policy for charges, processing and transit estimates.
Can I return a size that does not fit?
You can request a change-of-mind return within 30 days of delivery, subject to the condition requirements in our return policy. Contact us for return instructions first.
I did not receive an email. Where is my order?
Check My account → Orders for the saved order and current status. Email delivery can be delayed or unavailable; the account record remains the reference.
