Terms of Service

Please read these 17 sections together with our payment, shipping, cancellation, returns and privacy policies before ordering.

1. Operator and contact

Xiusai is operated by Xinyi Xiusai General Merchandise Firm (新沂市秀赛百货商行), at No. 24-121, Group 7, Gaoyi Village, Gaoliu Town, Xinyi City, Xuzhou City, Jiangsu Province, P.R.China. Contact us at Guess986289@outlook.com. These terms apply to use of xiusai.shop and orders placed through the store.

2. Scope and eligibility

You may browse without an account. To place an order, you must be able to enter a binding purchase contract under the law applicable to you, or have a parent or guardian act on your behalf. Provide accurate information and use the store only for lawful personal or authorized business purposes.

3. Accounts and security

Keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity you authorize and should notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access. Do not create an account using another person’s details without permission. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to investigate misuse; this does not remove rights relating to a valid order.

4. Product descriptions

We describe clothing, colors, sizes and materials on product pages. Screen settings and lighting may change perceived color. Use the size guide and ask for specific measurements where needed. Product images illustrate the offered style; they do not replace the description or remove remedies for material differences. Availability is subject to confirmation, and we will contact you if an item cannot be supplied.

5. Intellectual property

Store text, layout and original imagery may not be copied for commercial use without permission. You may use the site and save order information for your personal shopping needs. We do not claim affiliation with third-party fashion brands. No permission to use another party’s trademarks is granted.

6. Prices, currency and charges

Prices are displayed in USD. The checkout review presents the merchandise subtotal, applicable shipping and store-calculated taxes before submission. Destination import duties or taxes not collected by the store may be charged by the authority or carrier. Currency conversion fees belong to your payment provider. We will contact you to resolve an obvious pricing error before accepting or fulfilling the affected order.

7. Ordering and acceptance

Review your item, size, address and total before submitting. The order receipt acknowledges the record of your request and does not by itself establish payment or acceptance for dispatch. We accept a paid order for fulfillment when we confirm dispatch or expressly confirm acceptance. If we cannot accept or supply an order, we will notify you and refund any amount received for goods we will not supply.

8. Payment and irregularities

The payment method currently displayed is PayPal. The present checkout records an order as Pending payment and does not initiate a PayPal charge. Only a confirmed payment changes an order to paid; no dispatch takes place while unpaid. Do not transmit payment credentials by email. Report apparent duplicate charges or suspicious payment requests promptly. See the payment policy for further details.

9. Shipping and fulfillment

We offer physical clothing for delivery to the United States, dispatched from China. Standard delivery is $6.95, or free when the discounted merchandise subtotal is at least $100. After confirmed payment, processing is estimated at 3–5 business days and transit at 8–15 business days after dispatch. We will offer an appropriate revised estimate or cancellation and refund if we cannot meet the stated dispatch timing. The shipping policy forms part of these terms.

10. Cancellation and changes

Request cancellation or an address or size change promptly. Pending unpaid orders may be cancelled through the account action where available. We can generally stop an order before carrier handover; after dispatch, the return process may be needed. If we cancel an unfulfilled paid order, we return the applicable payment. See the cancellation policy, which does not restrict mandatory withdrawal or cancellation rights.

11. Returns, refunds and remedies

Our voluntary policy allows a return request within 30 days after delivery. Change-of-mind items must meet the stated unworn and unwashed condition requirements. Customers normally pay change-of-mind return postage; we take responsibility for reasonable agreed return postage for incorrect or faulty items. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after approval. See the returns policy for instructions and timelines. Mandatory rights for faulty or nonconforming goods remain available.

12. Acceptable use

Do not attempt unauthorized access, introduce harmful code, scrape personal data, interfere with checkout, submit fraudulent orders or use the store to infringe rights. We may decline or suspend activity reasonably suspected of misuse and will handle any valid outstanding order and payment in accordance with applicable obligations.

13. Privacy, cookies and communications

We process account, checkout, order and technical data as explained in the privacy policy. Essential cookies support login, security and your shopping bag. By placing an order you may receive necessary service communications; this is not consent to marketing. Account records remain available if an email is not delivered. 14. Availability, accuracy and warranties

We aim to keep the store available and descriptions accurate, but maintenance, network issues and errors may occur. Contact us if you encounter a material error. Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty, guarantee or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights relating to description, quality and fitness where applicable.

15. Responsibility and events beyond control

Each party remains responsible to the extent required by applicable law. We are not responsible for losses caused by misuse or inaccurate details supplied by you to the extent the law permits. Events outside reasonable control may delay fulfillment; we will communicate affected timing and the available cancellation or refund options. We do not exclude liability for fraud, willful misconduct, injury or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

16. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China to the extent permitted. If mandatory consumer laws in your place of residence apply, their protections continue to apply. Contact us first with your order number and concern so we can seek a practical resolution. Nothing requires you to give up a right to complain to an authority or bring a claim in a forum available under mandatory law. No compulsory arbitration is imposed by these terms.

17. Updates, severability and further contact

The version in force when you place an order applies to that order unless a change is legally required or agreed with you. We may update the site terms for future use and will revise the effective date. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent lawful.
