Where we deliver
Checkout currently accepts delivery addresses in the United States. Orders are dispatched from China. We do not offer delivery to other countries at this time. Please contact us before ordering if your address has special delivery requirements.

The free-delivery threshold uses the merchandise subtotal after discounts, excluding shipping. Your checkout total shows the applicable rate before you submit.
Processing and transit estimates
After confirmed payment, allow 3–5 business days for processing and an estimated 8–15 business days in transit after dispatch. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays in the origin or destination. These estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. An unpaid order has no dispatch date.
Carrier capacity, address checks, customs, weather or public holidays can affect delivery. If we cannot dispatch within the stated processing period, we will contact you with a revised estimate and offer the choice to accept the delay or cancel the unshipped order for a full refund of any payment received. We will not treat silence as agreement where consent is required.
Tracking your order
Once a carrier has accepted the parcel, we record the available tracking information against your order. Use Order tracking or view your account. Tracking may take time to show its first carrier scan. We never assign a tracking number to an unshipped order.
Addresses, customs and delivery issues
Check your complete delivery address before submitting. Contact us promptly to request a correction before dispatch. Import taxes or duties, if imposed by the destination authority and not included in checkout, are the recipient’s responsibility; we cannot predict every customs charge.
If an item is missing, damaged, marked delivered but not received, or has no update beyond the delivery estimate, contact us with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and offer the appropriate replacement or refund where the parcel is lost or we are responsible. Our policy does not remove rights that apply by law.
