Track your order
Enter the order number shown on your confirmation page and the billing email used at checkout. This checks your order record; carrier tracking appears only after dispatch.
What does my status mean?
Pending payment: your order is saved and awaits payment. It has not been dispatched.
Processing: payment has been confirmed and the order is being prepared.
Completed: the order has been fulfilled; check the order notes for any carrier details.
Cancelled / Refunded: the order was cancelled or a refund was recorded.
